I am pretty particular when it comes to my coffee and I have no complaints about the Classic Gaggia. It is easy to use, no problem with frothing the milk, and I use it several times a day. I was a long time, happy pour-over coffee brewer, but really wanted a proper espresso machine so that I could enjoy lattes and cappuccinos. Salve io posso dire di averla vissuta la stessa macchina ci ha servito per 30 anni caffè ottimi solo da poco tempo che lho sostituita e devo dire che questa rimane la migliore semplice nel progetto ma di alta qualità in tutti i sensi abbinata al suo macinino MDF e base si ha un minibar in casa di alta qualità esperienza unica consigliatissima

If you like coffee and are used to the modern pressurized or pod-type coffee making, this machine will change how you view coffee. You have to get used to how to make a coffee, water temp, grinding, tamping etc. When you have mastered that, you will never go back. This machine is simple in principle and design and is there to make a great drink, as opposed to looking pretty. I have turned down several modern pod-type machine because the coffee they produce is just not good enough. Also, bean to cup machines suffer but this machine will reward always. It is for coffee lovers and despite the price, one of the best manuals I have ever used and some of the best coffee comes from it too.

Après plusieurs tests, le café est largement correct, mais rien à mon avis d'exceptionnel. J'utilise une Classic édition spéciale et que ce soit en dosette ESE ou en moulu non spécifique du commerce, mouture et dosette baignent dans l'eau après extraction, ce qui ne facilite pas le nettoyage... Peut-être existe-t-il une astuce non découverte, ou alors à force de simplification, après la disparition de la vanne trois voies, et un solénoïde apparemment inopérant, il est possible que je sois obligé d'en passer par ce mini défaut évidemment supportable pour un usage individuel ? La vapeur est correcte et fait bien mousser le lait .

Ottima macchina per caffè espresso. Come tutti gli appassionati del genere sapranno, la pressione non è regolabile, per cui compromette la perfetta riuscita del caffè che risulta tuttavia assai gradevole con ogni miscela. Accessori extra da abbinare, oltre a quelli già forniti: macinacaffè e pressino.

Voor zo ver het werkt niets mis mee. Dan komen de reparaties (ondanks regelmatige onderhoud) en uiteindelijk neem je afscheid van dat stukje Italiaans design. De stommelingen zullen dat proces meerdere keren (zoals ik, drie keer) doormaken totdat het besef komt, dat design en naam niet alles is. Jammer!
